After merging several of his companies, Multicon Services, LLC was founded by Chris Kelly at the height of the labor shortage plaguing the multifamily and construction industry nationwide. His vision was to provide unequaled performance and value by creating a loyalty amongst the labor force and vendors while providing construction services to owners, developers, and general contractors. With Multicon's experience and financial strength and by focusing on only certain areas of the construction industry, Multicon is able to offer specialized services to the whole construction industry.
Chris Kelly was first hired in the 1990's as a multifamily construction superintendent, then was promoted to project manager, then senior project manager, and eventually was named Vice President of Construction at Integrated Real Estate Group, a large Dallas-Fort Worth based real estate development firm where he worked in his role for more than 10 years. With all of the difficulties a construction/development firm faces with subcontractors, Chris and the owner started a company to self perform various construction categories to save cost and reduce liabilities. What started as small vision had turned into a larger scale construction company that is now working for owners, developers, and general contractors throughout Texas and the southwestern USA. Following his desire to return to the roots of the construction industry Chris left Integrated Real Estate Group and founded Multicon Services. Chris continues to lead the company today as the president of Multicon Services. .
